Hola, I am Oliver

In 2015 I have fulfilled a dream and bought a house in Lanzarote. Drawing from my love for architecture and design I have renovated and personally furnished and decorated it. Since then I have been commuting back and forth between my two residences, Berlin and Arrecife.

When traveling, I prefer to explore places like a local rather than a tourist, therefor I would like to offer this same opportunity to my guests at El Patio del Charco: the feeling of being at home.

I was born in Lanzarote, I love my island and I feel like I’m part of it.

My way of expressing emotions and showing what the island has to offer is through food and dishes, their colours, textures and aromas …

I like to cook with natural products from the island, some of which I grow myself on my finca in Los Valles. I would like to pass on this energy of the island to my guests.
